YAHYA KAROLIA
Yahya Karolia holds a BCom Degree in Accounting Science from the University of South Africa majoring in accounting and auditing. Upon completion of his articles, he has been active in various disciplines within the industry. He joined the Nthwese team in 2007 and currently heads up the finance division.
JACKLINE OKEYO
Ms Jackline Okeyo holds a B.Sc Honours degree in Property Studies from the University of Cape Town. She has also obtained her Property Development Programme Certificate from the Graduate School of Business, UCT and is an Accredited Green Building Consultant through the GBCSA.
Jackline worked at Investec Bank for over 5 years, initially in the Property Investments Team analysing Listed Funds. She later moved to the property developments team gaining significant exposure to deal sourcing and analysis of commercial real estate transactions for some of SA’s largest corporations.
In addition, she has accumulated experience in development management, particularly in Concept Design Development and Strategic Marketing of properties to corporate tenants and broking houses. Jackline heads up Operations and Business Development at Nthwese.
THABO NTSEARE
Thabo Ntseare is a Chartered Accountant from the University of Cape Town, he did his articles at Ernst & Young in the Johannesburg office. In 2004, he joined Rand Merchant Bank Structured Finance Division, initially as a credit analyst and later as a specialist Credit Analyst in the Leveraged Buyouts Unit. In 2005, he joined their property finance division as a transactor. Thabo looks at Office Properties and Student Accommodation for Nthwese.
